I have used this program for a couple years. I don't believe you can drag the viewing window to any size but you can max and min the app for a small and medium size. Also, there is a button to go full screen and depending on the channel source the picture quality can be close to HD. The quality among all the channels varies unlike regular TV. Some are quite lousy. Maybe the broadcaster doesn't have the connection speed or equipment necessary for the higher bitrate a good picture requires.

All in all, I like the program. It is easy to use. There are some good channels and some good ones that disappear- scifi and nickelodeon are gone. Certain channels are blocked in geographical areas so someone in India may get channels I wish I could in the US and vise versa.

I have tried a couple similar programs and this is the only one I have NOT uninstalled.
